Organizational Capability Team

The core team is responsible for providing teams with project management, capability building, and engagement support. The core team will also identify cross-cutting issues and opportunities for recommended attention by implementation teams. This will require working closely with the eight teams to co-develop tools, plans, and materials.

Each Implementation Team include two Support Team members who are responsible for:

  • Working with conveners to facilitate the work of each implementation team (i.e. meeting agendas, gathering resources, developing templates and materials, developing timelines and action plans)
  • Developing¬†and circulating content before meetings and follow up meetings with a synthesis of decisions and next steps
  • Encouraging and supporting consultation with key content experts and campuses as necessary for their specific implementation team
  • Working collaboratively with conveners and implementation team members to reach broad consensus on strategies and tactics to achieve goals and prioritize issues
