Charting the Future work plan

Gantt charts have been developed for each initiative outlined in the work plan for 2015-2016 and include key tasks and milestones. Gantt charts will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Any significant changes to tasks or milestones that affect progress will be reflected and communicated in the quarterly reports.
